Charlotte never installs her own dishes but prefers to work in stealth through the hands of others who are willing to give her satellite dishes a temporary home. Her exact country of residence is constantly changing and she prefers to keep her whereabouts unknown. TNOTW welcomes Charlotte’s intervention with open arms.
